We don't just sell hair, your experience is what matters most to us. After your order has been placed, we will immediately follow up with an ID and signature authorization, confirming the order. Once confirmed, will then began your order's processing. Please note that some orders are processed automatically, therefore we cannot guarantee any changes to your order. Please note that processing may time may take from 7-21 business days if the product is not in stock. We offer shipping Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Your tracking number will be sent via email once shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. All orders will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Hair Extensions, Closures, & Frontals Processing Time:

Please allow all hair extensions, frontals, and/or closures to process and ship out within 3-10 business day's from order date. You will receive tracking via email within this time frame. This does not include weekends, holidays, or non-working days. 

Ready To Ship Wigs Processing Times:

Pick up- All ready to ship units are available for immediate same day pickup if ordered no later than 3:00pm on a working day, otherwise pick up is available the next working day. 

Shipping- When shipping a ready to ship wig, processing time may vary from 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number between this period. For a guaranteed next business day shipping, please view our Rush Fee options.

Pre-Ordered Wigs Processing Time:

Pre-ordered wigs processing time varies from 7-21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email within this period. If you need to add a rush fee option please add to the order & contact us if you need any further assistance.

All orders are shipped via USPS & we offer two available shipping options:
Standard Delivery $15
USPS Standard priority shipping will take 2-7 business days after processing time to deliver.
Express Delivery $25
USPS Express Delivery shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days once processed and shipped.

NOTE: Please understand that we are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for the carriers guarantees. We will not be held accountable for any package that states the package has been delivered to the orders address.
